The location was perfect, just minutes away from Masjid Al Nabawi. The warm welcome from SaadulArab and other staff.

Immaculately clean and extremely spacious units with great breakfast, higher window, for instance, and the staff were super-friendly! The location was amazing very close to the mosque.

Elaf al taqwa is the best hotel i've ever stayed at. The location is just a 3-minute walk to the prophets mosque. The room service was excellent, always accommodating our late-night food cravings. The restaurant's buffet had a fantastic variety of food for everyone.

great service but some issues with parking

The executive suite I stayed in was spacious and luxurious, providing ample comfort for my family. Daily check-in calls ensured all my needs were met, and the staff's warmth enhanced our experience. The location's convenience, being just a short walk to the mosque, made our prayers straightforward.

Parking spaces were limited, making it difficult to find a spot during peak times.

The breakfast was superb and lovely and the entire staff was affable! Location: the hotel was very close to masjid nabawi, and the mosque.

All of the staff was superbly friendly and affable. Stayed in spotlessly clean and extremely spacious standard quadruple room with all amenities. There were a safe, an iron, and a work desk in our room.

Location close to the mosque made prayers convenient. The room decor felt dated, but it was clean. Staff members provided excellent service, especially during check-in.

The location is superb, as you can reach the courtyard of Masjid Nabvi in just 2 minutes. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff provided prompt room service. I especially loved the efficient and polite staff who were always ready to help. The nearby shops and eateries added to the convenience of the stay. The restaurant also served delicious food.

Car parking is limited and could accommodate only a few cars.

The Standard Twin Room with a Haram view provides a unique experience where you can hear the Athan from the Prophet's Mosque directly from your room. The view itself adds significant value to the stay.

The hotel lacks free transportation options from the airport or train station, which can be inconvenient. Paid services are available but they can quickly add up in cost. The hot water in the Standard Triple Room has problems, running out after just 10 minutes, which becomes a hassle for multiple guests needing showers. The room felt quite dark due to small windows, and housekeeping did not respond to requests for cleaning despite persistent follow-up. A request for an SUV upon ordering a taxi led to an old, cramped car instead, which certainly dampened the overall experience.
